INTRODUCTION
This agreement is being entered into on this (day)____, of (month)______,
year) by and between_______________________________________ ("Producer/ Publisher") and The Write Agency ("Agent"),  who may be collectively referred to as "parties" or one of them may be referred to as "party". Each party to this agreement agrees that they have received good and valuable consideration and that they are freely entering into each of the conditions, mutual promises and terms which are set out herein.

RECITALS
Prior to the execution of this agreement, ("Writer's")

has been received and approved by The Write Agency and that the writer has submitted said work with a Submission Agreement Release Form.

The Write Agency became acquainted with writer's work when such work was read by agent. Thereafter, agent and writer entered into an agency relationship, an agreement wherein agent agreed to represent writer with respect to the development and publication of writer's work.

AGREEMENT
For valuable consideration received and acknowledged, The Producer/ Publisher agrees to read the work and may not use any elements of the work, including the title, characters or concept, without a contractual obligation to purchase the rights, or the script/ manuscript, as set forth in a contract that will be drawn up between the Producer/ Publisher and The Write Agency, and agreed upon in writing by the writer.

It is further agreed by and between the parties that this contractual relationship between the parties exists, and will continue to exist between The Write Agency and the Producer/ Publisher from __________________________ until _____________________ after the signing of this Agreement.

The parties agree that if the work is sold, The Writing Studio will receive the specified ten percent (10%) for having made the initial introduction between writer and Production/ Publishing Company.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
I agree that you have no obligations to me except as in this Agreement, and that no other obligations exist or shall exist or shall be deemed to exist.

I HEREBY STATE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND THIS AGREEMENT STATES OUR ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING.
